We use your uploaded photos to preserve recognizable details such as faces, hairstyles, glasses, and clothing. AI-created scenes are artistic interpretations, so they may not reproduce every feature perfectly. If a scene does not pass our quality checks, we use your approved real media instead.
02What if I do not know what to write?＋
You do not need to arrive with a script. Our questions start with the people, photos, firsts, little rituals, and the words you want to say. Short, honest answers are enough.
03Can I check the story before I pay?＋
Yes. You can review every name, date, memory, scene direction, and the ending message before payment. Generation begins only after you approve the story and complete payment.
04Are my photos and story used to train AI?＋
No. We use your photos and story only to create your movie. Your project is private by default, and we never publish it or use it for marketing without your separate permission.
05How long will I wait after paying?＋
Generation starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your private project page shows progress and an estimated completion time, and we email you when the movie is ready.
06What if I pay but my movie fails or contains mistakes?＋
You never pay again for a failed generation. We retry failed work automatically, and incorrect names, dates, missing media, or technical problems are corrected at no extra charge. If we cannot deliver your movie, you receive a full refund.
