1. About These Terms

These Terms apply to Love Story Movie (the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. Contact support@lovestorymovie.org with questions.

Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. The description, price, and delivery terms presented before you place an order form part of that order. Later changes do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.

2. The Movie You Purchase

The standard offer is one personal 60–90 second HD movie, priced at US$99 as a one-time payment. It includes story preparation, generation, a private viewing page, and an HD MP4 download. The download is not an extra paid add-on. The checkout shows the total price, currency, and any applicable taxes before payment.

This movie offer is not a subscription. It has no automatic renewal, monthly credit allowance, or credit-pack purchase. Any separately offered extra requires its own description, price, and your agreement; it is not added to an order automatically.

You choose an occasion and emotional tone, write 5–10 story moments, pair them with photos, and add a final message. Before purchasing, you can review these details and watch a preview of the first story moment, normally about 5 seconds, without buying the full movie.

The preview shows the treatment of the first moment, not the complete movie or every later scene. General examples on the site are illustrative and are not your commissioned result. Features or services not included in the offer are not part of your purchase.

3. Accounts And Story Approval

You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. The Service is not directed to children under 13. Use an email address or Google account you control, and protect your sign-in credentials and verification codes.

You may prepare a story before signing in. An authenticated account associates your order and movie with you. Verifying an email or signing in does not itself authorize a payment.

Before placing an order, check the names, dates, memories, selected photos, tone, and final message. Approval identifies the version to be made. After generation starts, returning to the creator or changing a draft does not replace the submitted order. Contact support promptly if something is wrong.

4. Payment And Generation

Full-movie generation begins after payment is confirmed, subject to any additional consent required by applicable law. Preparing the short preview does not require payment for the complete movie. Processing is asynchronous, so you do not need to keep the page open.

Generation usually takes up to 30 minutes. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion deadline or a promise to meet an anniversary or other event date. Provider availability, retries, and quality checks can cause delays. A delay does not remove your rights concerning non-delivery or unreasonable delay.

A payment authorizes only the order and amount you approved. We do not charge again merely because generation fails.

5. Delivery, Access, And Downloads

We notify your account email when the movie is ready. You can also return through “My movies” or the result link. Email can be delayed or filtered, so check the order page if a notification does not arrive.

Your account and order page are private. Access to the order page requires the order owner's account; copying its link does not make it a public sharing link. You can download the purchased MP4 and give a copy to your intended recipient, subject to the permissions described below. Do not share your account credentials.

Your completed movie is available to view and download for 30 days after delivery. Delivery occurs when the completed movie is made available in your account, not when you open the notification email. Download and keep your own copy within that period. After 30 days, the hosted movie is removed and its viewing and download links stop working; we do not promise permanent hosting or recovery after expiry.

If you request earlier deletion, access ends when the movie is deleted. Expiry or deletion does not remove remedies for a failure to deliver the movie or provide the purchased access period. Necessary billing and transaction records are handled separately under the Privacy Policy.

Viewing requires an internet connection and a supported modern browser; downloaded movies require an MP4-compatible player. File specifications and any material compatibility or access restrictions are disclosed with the offer.

6. Your Materials And Permissions

You retain your existing rights in the photos, text, and other materials you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, process, adapt, and combine those materials as needed to create and deliver the requested preview and movie, conduct relevant safety checks, and resolve related support issues. Authorized service providers may process materials for these purposes.

This permission does not grant a general right to publish your private story, use it in advertising, or train AI models on it. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

Original photos are used only for the requested processing and are not retained as an account archive. Temporary working copies are cleared when the relevant processing finishes, is cancelled, or is abandoned after failure. If later corrections require an original photo, we may ask you to provide it again; corrections for our errors remain free. The completed movie may contain imagery derived from your photos and follows the movie's separate 30-day retention period.

Submit only material you have the right to use. Obtain appropriate permission from people whose photos, names, or personal stories you include, and from a parent or guardian where required for a child. A surprise gift does not remove privacy, image-rights, or copyright obligations.

Do not submit unnecessary highly sensitive information, such as identity documents, payment information, medical records, or intimate images. Do not use the Service for impersonation, harassment, fraud, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, unlawful activity, or infringement of others' rights.

7. AI Interpretation And Use Of Your Movie

AI-created scenes are artistic interpretations, not documentary evidence. Faces, motion, environments, and details may vary from the source material. We do not promise perfect likeness, exclusive copyright in AI-created elements, or a particular emotional reaction.

We review outputs for delivery quality and may replace unusable generated scenes with your approved real media, consistent with the offer. Artistic variation does not excuse a missing deliverable, an unusable file, or a material error introduced by our service.

You may watch, keep, and give your purchased movie for lawful personal use, subject to rights in supplied or third-party materials. The purchase does not transfer ownership of our software, branding, models, or third-party materials and does not grant unrestricted commercial or standalone music-licensing rights. Review the movie before showing it to others.

8. Corrections, Cancellations, And Refunds

Technical faults and errors introduced by our service relative to the approved story are handled at no extra charge. If we cannot deliver the purchased movie, we provide a full refund. We do not charge a refund processing fee. See the Refund Policy for the available remedies and cancellation rules.

A new story direction, replacement photos, or edits to details you previously approved are not automatically included as unlimited free revisions. We explain any additional scope or price and obtain your agreement before charging for extra work.

Approval of a preview does not waive remedies for faults in the completed movie.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights concerning services or digital content that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract.

Availability is subject to applicable law and supported payment and delivery arrangements. These Terms do not require you to give up mandatory protections or access to courts and authorities available to you under applicable law.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, a request to start work during that period and any acknowledgement affecting withdrawal rights must meet applicable legal requirements. Approving a story or paying does not by itself waive statutory withdrawal rights. The Refund Policy explains how to request cancellation. Personalization alone is not a blanket exclusion from consumer protection.

10. Service Safety And Availability

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, unlawful content, or non-payment. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the reason and allow you to contact us for review. A restriction does not automatically remove rights to a refund or other mandatory remedy.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Changes needed for security or operation do not authorize us to remove paid entitlements without an appropriate remedy.

11. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and limit our aggregate liability to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or US$100.

These limits do not remove our refund and correction commitments, liability for failure to exercise legally required care and skill, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer remedies, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any limitation applies only as far as the law governing your claim permits.

12. Changes And Contact

Updates appear here with a revised date. The terms applicable when you place an order continue to govern that purchase. Material new uses of personal data require the notice and consent applicable to that change; continued use does not substitute for consent where it is required.
